Creating Positive Change
Kundalini Yoga is a profound physical spiritual practice. Practiced regularly it’s excellent at maintaining robust physical mental and spiritual health. A multi-layered practice, we use sound, movement and breath sometimes all at once. It’s effects can be astonishing, you’ll feel lit up from the inside which in turn will create a cascade of positive change in your life.

There are many different ways you can work with me. Most people practice with me online, in person group classes via The Life Centre Studio in London’s Nottinghill or 1-1 from my home studio. I also run incredible international retreats, all the details you can find on my website.
Work with me
I run small group mentoring programs for Kundalini Yoga teachers and coming soon a teacher training. I work with brands and corporations on how to maintain mental wellness in our ever inreasingly stressful world and consult those establishing wellness businesses to help build solid teaching teams and create meaningful schedules of activities.
