Who are these weeks for?
The Experience
From Mandrem Beach, we can see both the sunrise and sunset. We’ll begin our day on the beach with gentle, stretchy sun salutations and a meditation, followed by a full Kundalini practice in the open shala at Ashiyana followed by a nourishing brunch.
You’ll then have the rest of the day free to spend as you wish, whether having a treatment in the spa, relaxing on the beach, enjoying some shadey solitude, or browsing the market. Time and space for reflection and processing is just as important as the practice itself. We’ll reconvene just before sunset for a check-in and supper, followed by an evening practice in one of Ashiyana’s beautiful shalas
By nurturing our spiritual connection, we initiate profound transformation and healing. The inner work we do creates ripples of change that touch all aspects of our lives, allowing us to experience deeper joy and a greater sense of aliveness. This inner growth fosters healthier, more loving relationships, enriching every facet of our existence.
